Do I need any tools to set this cot up?

No. The cot requires zero assembly — simply unfold it and it's ready to use. No poles, bolts, screws, or tools are needed.

Is the sleeping pad removable?

The thick sleeping pad is integrated with the cot for convenience. It provides cushioned comfort without requiring a separate mattress purchase.

How much ground clearance does the cot provide?

The cot sits 15 inches off the ground, which keeps you well above cold, damp surfaces and provides excellent airflow underneath.

Can I use a sleeping bag on this cot?

Absolutely. The thick pad provides cushioning, and you can add any standard sleeping bag on top for warmth depending on the conditions.

Is this cot suitable for tall people?

The cot has a rectangular design with a generous sleeping surface designed for adults. Check the product listing for exact unfolded dimensions to confirm fitment for your height.

How compact is it when folded?

When folded, the cot measures 25.59 × 5.51 × 37.4 inches — compact enough to store in a car trunk, closet, or garage without taking up much space.

Can this be used as a guest bed at home?

Yes. The thick mattress pad and sturdy steel frame make it a comfortable temporary sleeping solution for overnight guests, offering far better comfort than an air mattress.

The complete cot with integrated sleeping pad weighs 8.9 kg (approximately 19.6 lbs). It's designed for car camping and base camp use rather than backpacking.
