What sizes are available and how many people do they fit?
Three sizes: Small (3-5 persons, 2.1 × 3.3 m, from $225), Medium (5-8 persons, 2.6 × 3.8 m, from $249), and Large (8-12 persons, 3.0 × 4.3 m, from $299). Choose based on your group size and how much interior space you want.
What does the 2-room layout look like?
The tent has two separate bedroom compartments on either side with a shared living room area in the center. This gives families and groups genuine privacy for sleeping while providing a communal space for gathering.
How waterproof is this tent?
With a waterproof rating over 3000mm, this tent handles sustained heavy rain without leaking. The double-layer construction (outer fly + inner tent) adds an extra moisture barrier and reduces interior condensation.
Can this tent be used in winter?
Yes. It is 4-season rated, meaning the steel pole structure and double-layer fabric are designed for year-round use, including cold and windy winter conditions.
How many people are needed to set it up?
Due to its oversize dimensions, it's best set up with 2-3 adults. The steel poles are heavier than aluminum, so having an extra pair of hands makes the process faster and easier.
Is the living room area usable in rain?
Yes. The outer fly covers the entire tent including the living room area. With the >3000mm waterproof rating, the living room stays dry during rain, making it a sheltered gathering space.
What makes the double-layer construction better than single-layer?
The double layer (outer fly + inner tent) creates an air gap that manages condensation — moisture from breathing collects on the inner tent and drips down instead of falling on sleepers. Single-wall tents often drip condensation directly onto occupants.
Does the tent come with everything needed for setup?
Yes. The box includes the tent body, steel pole set, tent pegs, guy ropes, and a carry/storage bag — everything you need to set up camp.
